Dr. Robert Korom
Dr. Robert Korom is a board-certified internal medicine physician. Dr. Korom earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City, USA, and completed his medical training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, where he was a clinical fellow at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Korom has published several peer-reviewed studies of Penda's work in clinical quality improvement. He works closely with Penda's digital health and technology teams to improve clinical decision making and enhance patient experience.
Dr. Sarah Kiptiness
Dr. Sarah Kiptinness is a family physician who has served as a doctor in Kenya for the last 8 years. She trained and worked in Kenyatta National Hospital, the largest teaching and referral hospital in Kenya as well as AIC Kijabe Hospital, one of the largest mission hospitals serving the under-served population in Kenya. Sarah brings this wealth of experience working in the low-resource health sector in Kenya to Penda Health as the Head of Quality Improvement and resident Family Physician. She has a great passion for primary healthcare that is equitable, accessible and affordable to all Kenyans.
